Capsules & Drops

When do new drops happen?
ChronoLoot releases a new curated capsule every Friday at 5 PM MST. Each drop features a themed selection of comics, coins, cards, and collectibles.

How long is each capsule available?
Until the next capsule launches or until items sell out. Occasionally, unsold pieces may be re-featured later, but most items are time-limited.

Can I request items or themes for future capsules?
Yes. Use the contact form or message us on Instagram—we welcome suggestions.

What is The Shelf?
The Shelf is always open and updated daily with new items. It’s where you’ll find collectibles outside the weekly capsule drops.

Shipping & Handling

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by location; most orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

How are items packaged?
With collector-grade care:

  • Comics: Bagged, boarded, and shipped flat

  • Cards: Sleeved, top-loaded, or slabbed and secured

  • Coins & collectibles: Proper padding and boxing

Is shipping insured?
Yes. Orders over $300 include insurance and signature confirmation at no extra cost.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time—U.S. shipping only.

Returns & Policies

Can I return or exchange items?
All sales are final due to the collectible nature of our items. Please review descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If approved, we’ll issue store credit or send a replacement if available.

ChronoPoints Rewards

How do ChronoPoints work?
You earn 1 point per $1 spent on every order.

How can I redeem ChronoPoints?
Redeem points at checkout on orders of $50 or more.

  • Minimum redemption per order: 100 points ($5)

  • Maximum redemption per order: 500 points ($25)

Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. You must have an account to earn and track ChronoPoints.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Capsules are curated and limited—please double-check before confirming.

Do you offer gift options?
We don’t offer formal gift wrap or messages at this time, but every order is packed cleanly and professionally.

What is the Stash?
Your personal want list. Add items to your Stash to keep track of what you’re hunting.

What if an item is sold out?
Use the Request button on the product page. We’ll try to track it down or find a similar item and follow up if we can secure it.
